Colunio 4500 2 LANE IN-LANE MACHINE

Suitable for viscous, semi solid liquid and dry products the filler has a maximum output of 4500 cups per hour. This machine is a good example of a later type Coluno with the added benefit of the main frame being all stainless steel construction.

The machine is currently set up for 97mm cups, 97.5 foil lids and snap on over capping. Main frame all stainless steel with stainless steel mesh guards.

The machine stations are as follows: 1. Spare station for pre-fill 2. Main Filling 3. Foil Lid Applier/Spot Seal 4. Heat Seal 5. Date Coding 6. Snap on Cap Applier 7. Spare station 8. Cup eject and sweep off onto a conveyor.

It may be possible to move the stations around at re-build to incorporate a different station format.

We will recondition the machine once we have the product and packaging specifications from the purchaser.

The machine is offered fully reconditioned.

A machine manual will be supplied with the machine.
