We can recondition our customers own machinery and adapt machinery for different products and packaging.

We supply spare parts and change parts for Colunio, Duckworth, Chadwick, Volumet, Nelpak, Trustpak and now CKX Engineering machines.

We have just supplied 4 new machines to a company filling cottage cheese into 71mm and 97mm cups with heat seal foil and snap on over capping. Three 2 lane rotary machines with an out put of up to 4000 cups per hour, and one single lane rotary filling at around 2500 cups per hour.

Graham Jackson of Filltech Systems has recently supplied his 10 th machine in 7 years to Irish Yoghurts, a CIP Colunio 8000 4 lane machine.

Filltech goes nuts !!! We are working with a company filling peanuts into 71 mm cups with heat seal foil.

Filltech gets saucy: we have recently supplied a Colunio 2500 machine to a company in Ireland to fill sauces into top hat cups with heat seal plastic lid, the top hat cup is then snapped onto the main product for the fast food market. A down line ink jet coder was supplied by Filltech to complete the line. We have just received the order for a second line to be installed.

In the soup: A Filltech hand sealer has been supplied to a company in London for its soup kiosks, the soup is packed in the factory, then despatched to the kiosks for re-heating in the microwave to serve piping hot soup from the cup.

Summer is round the corner. Filltech has supplied one of its 2200 machines to a dairy to fill cream 60 gr into top hat cups for M&S, the cups clip onto another cup filled with strawberries.
