Suitable for viscous, semi solid and liquid products. The filler has a maximum output of 2200 cups per hour. And can take a cup size of 50mm up to 97mm, with a maximum cup length of 130mm. Filling range 30ml to 568ml. (Additonal product pump and tooling may be required.)

The machine dispenses a cup into the rotary table, fills it to the required volume, places a foil or plastic lid over the cup, heat seals the lid, date codes and ejects onto the packing table.

A rotary filling machine consisting of six stations offering easy access to all areas, set out as follows: Station 1 - Cup Denester; Station 2 - Spare station for pre-fill; Station 3 - Main Filling; Station 4 - foil lid magazine applicator; Station 5 - Heat Seal; Station 6 - date code, outfeed onto stainless steel packing table. Overcapping can be incorporated within the machine.

The machine has No cup - No fill / No cup - No lid function. Interlocked operator friendly guarding. Mechanical actuated volumeric filling.

Two gearboxes drive the machine, one being a reduction gearbox and the main gearbox for indexing and filling.

The filling is a bottom fill, and it is recommended that a balance tank of 100 litres be used in conjunction with the machine.

Air supply 85 litres per minute to ISO8573 class 2-4 at 80 psi (5.5 bar)
